For accurate and robust positioning of offshore rig anchors, iSURVEY presented at Oceanology International 2010 in London, the patent pending iBUOY™ system.
iBUOY™ consists of a transponder encapsulated in a floating device which also provides protection for the transponder against the rough handling during deployment and recovery of the anchors.
iBUOY™ is fully integrated with the standard rig iNAV® and AHV iSAFE® positioning system used during regular rig move operations.
