Deep water power cable installation project offshore Tanzania

With C/S NEXANS Skagerrak, NEXANS Norway AS has successfully completed the deep water power cable
installation project between Pemba and Tanga offshore Tanzania.
In addition to the water depth, very steep subsea terrain in parts of the cable route, demanded special laying control during the
installation project.
For the project,
iSURVEY further developed its on-line cable modelling system
iCABLETM to handle advanced deep water cable installations in steep subsea terrain.
